Indonesia's post-reformation transition toward a modern, decentralized governance system necessitates a shift in policy approaches, as outdated centralized paradigms are no longer relevant and have triggered various conflicts alongside complex regulatory consequences. To address the need for academic research, supervision, and objective evaluation regarding these dynamics, the Faculty of Administrative Science at Universitas Brawijaya (FIA UB) established the Research Centre for Conflict and Policy (RCCP) as an institutional platform dedicated to contributing to the refinement of public policy formulation and implementation.
